We will provide you with your preferred seating assignments, whenever possible. We will do our very best to accommodate your every travel need such as special meals, wheel chairs, etc. Give us your frequent flyer number and we will make sure that it is in entered into your itinerary.

Place Beyond the Bay's Info Card on you luggage with the Lost Luggage Toll Free Number displayed. When found by the airline, your luggage is quickly identified and forwarded to you.
